Where are you?
We're in the UK based in the midlands - Atherstone, Warwickshire.

What price are your dresses?
Our made-to-order collection starts at £950 up to £2000. The majority of them sit between £1200-£1600. We also have sale "off-the-peg" dresses from £250-£900 (the majority sit between £600-£900.
What sizes are your samples?
Most of our samples that you try on in our boutique are size 14, 16 and 18. We order this size as it's in the middle. This size allows us to adjust the sizes for most brides. Unfortunately, we can't have every dress in every size - otherwise, we'd be a warehouse! We can order your dress in from a size 2-32!

Sale dresses - you can grab a bargain with the sale dress - the only problem is there's only one dress in one size in one colour so it's a little harder to tick all of your boxes! Sale dresses are from 10-20.
How many people can I bring to my appointment?
It's bride plus three. We have a beautiful but small boutique so we simply don't have the room I'm afraid for any more.
And.... experience has taught us that the more guests you bring with you the more confusing it is for you. Too many opinions can upset you so the best advice is to bring the people you trust the most! Some brides prefer to come alone! Some bring their dads and on the odd occasion the groom!
Do you charge for appointments?
Yes, it's £20 which gives you the exclusive use of the boutique for 60-90 minutes and a glass of fizz upon arrival, but the best part is, if you find your dress within that appointment you'll get £50 OFF YOUR DRESS! (upgraded VIB appointments are £50 with a £75 credit against a dress purchase for 120 minutes)
What do I have to pay upfront?
Made to order - It is half on the day of order, then the other half is due when your dress comes in
Sale "off the peg" - Payment in full on the day and take away with you
or half on the day and pay the rest within 2 weeks
Can you store the dress for me?
Yes, we can. Most brides take them home or leave with a friend or family member. If you do not have the room or anyone to look after it for you then yes we can store it, there is a charge the reason for this is we have no room at the boutique, we have an off-site storage facility - therefore theres a charge.
Do you do a payment plan?
Yes its £250 on the day of order, then the rest can be broken up into monthly instalments.
